We will have exclusive use of the property and our own chef cooking up delicious and nutritious meals each day from locally sourced ingredients, sometimes as local as the Florence House vegetable garden!

The house is surrounded by lush landscapes and a sea breeze. The walled garden provides a peaceful place for meditation or inner reflection. Nestled at the bottom of the wild garden the authentic Mongolian Yurt, complete with comfy cushions and a wood burning stove, provides a place of tranquility and peace.

The beach is just a 2 minute walk and the famous Seven Sisters Chalk Cliffs are just a short drive away.

Florence House is in easy reach from South East London, less than 2 hours by train and car. Train tickets from East Croydon to Seaford start from £20 return.

Katharine can’t wait to support you through slower paced, nurturing Restorative and Yin classes as well as helping you find space and stillness through evening Yoga Nirda.
