The Studio
At Croydon Yoga Hub, our mission is to create a space for personal growth and wellbeing while fostering a sense of belonging in the vibrant heart of our community. We share the rich traditions of yoga, alongside Pilates and fitness classes, to support holistic health. Whether you’re joining us in the studio or remotely, we are here to be your sanctuary in a busy world.
Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, we have something for you! Our teachers have been carefully selected for their unique backgrounds and skills to be able to provide you with a range of yoga styles and approaches. See our full range of classes here.
Since its inception in 2017, Croydon Yoga Hub (originally Croydon Power Yoga) has welcomed thousands of aspiring students to practice. Moving next door to our new studio in the Matthews Yard Workspace in 2020, we now have a dedicated practice space with non-slip Lululemon mats, blocks, bolsters and straps.

Having grown up in South London, Laura moved to Croydon with her husband in 2019, and soon after became the owner and director of Croydon Yoga Hub. She is honoured to be able to serve her local community and share the benefits of yoga.
Laura discovered yoga as a teenager but began practising seriously in 2009, completing her first teacher training with The Yoga People in 2015. Since then, she has dedicated herself to teaching full-time in London, leading workshops and retreats across the UK and abroad.
With over 1,000 hours of training in various yoga styles, Laura's practice and teaching are deeply rooted in her commitment to ongoing learning. Notably, she completed a 300-hour training with Miami Life Center, further enriching her knowledge and refining her approach. She also holds a Distinction in an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology, which has deepened her understanding of yoga as a spiritual practice of self-inquiry.
In addition to yoga, Laura has trained in martial arts for over a decade and holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which she also teaches. Her dynamic classes reflect this diverse background, offering students the opportunity to explore challenging postures while cultivating a deeper connection to their bodies and inner selves. Laura views herself as a lifelong student of yoga, sharing her insights with the same curiosity and passion she brings to her own practice.
