Ana is a Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Mandala yoga teacher and a mother to two boys. She teaches with a deep focus on the breath and body mindfulness.
She found yoga to be the perfect antidote to a busy life. For that reason, her classes are calming, grounding and full of positive energy with the aim to bring balance to the body and mind. She hopes to combine a holistic approach to her yoga classes by incorporating asana (postures) with pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
Ana grew up in beautiful sunny Lisbon, Portugal. Although yoga is her passion, she also enjoys baking and believes a well-lived and happy life is a balanced life! So, do your yoga and eat your cake too!

Becca became interested in yoga as a way to help manage anxiety. She found that nurturing the connection between mind, breath, and body benefitted her beyond just the time spent on the mat. Since then, Becca has undergone 400 hours' training in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Hot yoga and always weaves in an element of grounding during the practice to combat the sense of turbulence that fast-paced London can bring into student's lives. Becca teaches with a sense of humour and freedom, giving students full autonomy to explore, have fun, and laugh if things don't go as intended!
Becca completed a Masters degree in the History of Yoga and Meditation at SOAS, to deepen her understanding of the roots of yoga and how it came to evolve into the practice many of us know today.
In addition to yoga, Becca loves the peace and quiet of walks in the woods, baking, and abstract painting and can be found outdoors or making a mess somewhere!

Francesca practiced yoga alongside her career as a professional dancer from 2011, but began to deeply explore the practice from 2014 when ill health ended her dance career. Yoga offered Francesca the tools to work on herself physically and mentally and allowed movement to stay a part of her life.
After a number of years of developing a true connection with the practice of yoga she decided to train as a yoga teacher. She uses her previous dance experience to help create interesting classes, exploring the harmony between the body and mind through fluidity, strength and self-inquiry.
Francesca continues to develop her teaching skills in anatomy, mindfulness, yoga philosophy and more therapeutic practices. She is eager to introduce more people from varying backgrounds into the yoga space, offering a safe space for people to move, breathe and explore without judgment.

Ingrid's Yoga journey began when she was thirteen years old in Brazil, where she grew up. Since then, she has been practicing Yoga daily, while also integrating the Yoga philosophy into her life. After some years of practice, she decided to pursue Yoga teaching and enjoyed exploring various yoga methods, and participating in yoga festivals.
Ingrid decided to move to London in 2023 to further develop her studies in a new country. Last year, she completed another teacher training in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga at Rishikesh, India, which she considers one of the best experiences of her life.
For Ingrid, Yoga is not just about the physical asanas, but about exploring how we can carry the mindset of Yoga into daily life outside the mat. As one of the ancient Yoga texts - The Bhagavad Gita - says: “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
Ingrid also holds a certification in Prenatal Yoga, Yoga anatomy and Yin Yoga. She is a Reiki practitioner (USUI and Shamanic), crystal healer and sound healer.

After practicing on and off since her teens, Sabrina came to a regular yoga practice in 2017 as an antidote to stressful London life and an answer to her own search for peace. She began practicing Hatha, quickly discovered and fell in love with the more playful Vinyasa and Rocket, and the strength yoga can build – both physical and emotional.
Sabrina trained in 2022 in Vinyasa, at the Kindred School of Yoga with Katarina Rayburn and Helen Russell-Clark, and since has completed her Yin training with Eli Aguilar.
Alongside yoga, having studied Psychotherapy, Sabrina’s experience with mental health, trauma, and spiritual wellbeing heavily influences her practice and teaching style. She believes in the healing power of yoga, the connection it brings to the self, through body and breath, and she’s found purpose in sharing this with her students.
Sabrina’s classes are led with compassion and curiosity. She brings together a balance of the dynamic and playful elements of vinyasa, as well as being a safe place to pause and be held, opportunities to rest and restore, with a strong emphasis on mindfulness and self-care.
