PAUSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Memberships can be ‘paused’ for up to 3 months each year. The membership can only be paused for complete months at a time, not for days or weeks. You must notify the studio at least 7 days before the start date of the pause via the Membership Pause Form. The option to pause your membership is only available after completing the minimum contract period.

The option to pause is not available on the Annual or 6 month membership.

CANCeL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify the studio via the Cancellation Form at least 7 days before your next billing date. The option to cancel your membership is only available after completing the minimum contract period.

Annual and 6 month memberships are purchased with an upfront payment and are therefore not eligible for cancellation regardless of usage.
